Purchasing Process

Purchasing Steps:

1. Please carefully check the pictures and videos on our website before deciding on a puppy.

2. If you have any questions or concerns, please call or text +1 678-631-PUPS(7877) or email us at info@rollypups.com

3. To hold or purchase a puppy, please call or text +1 678-631-PUPS(7877) or email us at  info@rollypups.com

4. To put a puppy on hold via bank transfer, please submit amount of $1,000 ($1,000 will be deducted from your final payment) and submit all payments after the booking is finalized (customers may submit all payments at once).

To put a puppy on hold via PayPal, please contact info@rollypups.com to initiate request for deposit payment. Please include name of the puppy if you have not already spoken with us.

5. After all payments are finalized, the process will take 2-3 weeks to receive your puppy.

6. The customer may contact us for further assistance after receiving their puppy. We are always happy to hear from a new owner!

* Deposit is Non Refundable and Non Transferable. Please be sure of adding the puppy as a family member before you put a deposit and make the commitment.  

* Deposit is good for 2 weeks to reserve the initial puppy. After 2 weeks, the puppy is no longer reserved, if not paid in full. (Please speak to our representative for further details.)

* Even with full price purchase, $1,000 from the purchase price is considered as deposit and is not refundable. 

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards through our website's built-in payment processing center.

If for any reason, you would like to use 'Paypal' as your method of payment, please let us know and we will send you an invoice with appropriate costs that is involved so you can use Paypal to make a payment. For Paypal payments, please send request to sales@rollypups.com

Please include the puppy's name and the destination, and we will get back to you shortly.
