There are Two Different Ways to Receive Your Puppy
First option is via Air Cargo.
This option is the most popular.
The Air Cargo option will require your puppy to be picked up at the international airport closest to you. Although the flights can be arranged as multiple stop flights, we do not recommend this way of shipping as it puts too much stress and fatigue to the puppy.
The Air Cargo has a space specially designated just for pets.
Therefore, it is safe and comfortable (air conditioned) for your new puppy.
For many years, 'Rolly Teacup Puppies' worked with Air Cargo and we have never experienced any accidents. All puppies were delivered promptly.
When all payments are finalized, the flight will be booked.
After booking the flight, an agent from the Cargo will contact you via telephone to confirm the flight. The agent will also inform you with the time and date of the arrival of your puppy.
The final step is to simply pick up your puppy from the closest assigned airport.
A customer will receive the puppy within 2-3 weeks from the date the payment is finalized.
Second option is personal delivery.
An experienced dog expert will fly with the puppy.
This service can be booked for the puppy to be delivered to any location.
We will personally deliver the puppy to your door at your request.
This option will require extra charges depending on the destination and it may take a few more hours to a day to receive your puppy.
If you are paying via bank transfer, a one time fee of $1,000 via bank transfer is required to put a puppy on hold. Also please note that you have the option to pay the full amount at once if you are paying via bank transfer.
For PayPal payments, full payment of the puppy is due to hold/purchase a puppy.
Why does the delivery process take 2-3 weeks?
– Once the payment is made, the puppy will need to get a thorough final vet check to make sure the puppy is safe to fly. Then the puppy will visit quarantine in Korea to confirm the documentation. Booking process generally take up to a week.
